Kusinang Matua Review
Kusinang Matua is a Kapampangan restaurant known for its heirloom recipes. Owned by chef and historian Atching Lillian Borromeo, it serves traditional Pampanga dishes in a a homey ambiance - right in her ancestral home, which also serves as her kitchen and restaurant. One of her signature creations is the San Nicolas cookies, which is made using cookie molds of Saint Nicholas - some of the molds being over 100 years old.
