The Quirino Watersports complex is one of the country's newest wakeboarding and watersports destinations. It features a 450-meter wakeboard cable, a 2.5-hectare lagoon, and a deck area of 251 square meters.

This nature park is situated in the Cagayan River, between Barangay Dipantan, Ponggo and San Ramos. Recently discovered and partially developed by the Municipal Government of Nagtipunan and Provincial Government of Quirino, it is becoming known as an ecotourism destination where tourists can go river tubing, cliff-diving, camping, trekking, and boating. Siitan Nature Park is also home to the Fish Sanctuary established by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) in partnership with Zoological Society of London (ZSL) and the Local Government Unit of Nagtipunan. 

Capisaan Cave is the Philippines' fifth longest cave system and one of the country's most breathtaking spelunking destinations. It features a long subterranean river, a diverse range of unique geological formations, and wade pools.

The Tumauini Church is one of the Philippines' National Cultural Treasures. It features a Baroque-style brick facade and architecture and has been considered for the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List since 2006 under the collective group of Baroque Churches of the Philippines (Extension). It became a separate parish independent from Cabagan under the advocacy of Saint Matthias in 1751. 

The Aguinaldo Shrine is a historical marker located in Palanan, Isabela, where the first Philippine President, Emilio Aguinaldo, surrendered to the American forces in March 1901. It overlooks the Palanan River. 

Dibulo Falls is considered as the tallest waterfalls in all of Isabela. Featuring a narrow, 100-meter-high cascade, it is surrounded by lush greenery and the Sierra Mountain Range. It is partially developed with cemented steps for easier access.

The Northern Sierra Madre Natural Park is the largest protected area of the Philippines covering the northern range of the Sierra Madre mountains of eastern Luzon. In 2006, it was added to the Philippines' tentative list of potential UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The park is considered the richest in terms of genetic, species and habitat diversity in the Philippines and is one of the country's top ten priority protected areas.

The Palaui Island Protected Landscape and Seascape is an island that is a protected area and national park in the municipality of Santa Ana in Cagayan province, Philippines. Located off the northeastern extremity of Luzon Island, it features a pristine beach, a diverse range of flora and fauna, and the ruins of Cape Engano lighthouse, which was built during the Spanish colonial period.

The Iguig Cavalry Hills features 11 hectares of rolling hills with towering statues representing the Stations of the Cross. Aside from being a popular pilgrimage site for Roman Catholics during the Holy Week of the Lenten Season, it is also known for its majestic view of the Cagayan River - the longest river in the Philippines.
