The protected landscape contains Bohol's largest intact forest. It consists of forested limestone hills, grasslands, and natural springs - a good habitat for birds, hence attracting birdwatchers and nature lovers. It was named after the Bohol chieftain who entered into a blood-compact with Spanish conquistador Miguel López de Legazpi in 1565.

Cabagnow Cave Pool is one of Anda's gem-like cave pools. This particular cave pool features a thrilling 5-meter-drop and ornate coral structures surrounding the opening. It is located closer to Anda White Beach.

Tibaw Cave is one of Anda's popular cave pool spots, with a 2-meter cliff jumping point where tourists may jump into the freshwater surrounded by corals. The fringe of tropical trees in the backdrop camouflages the watering hole, making it appear like an oasis in the middle of a tropical foloage.

Magpong Falls' twin waterfalls drop to about 50 feet down to a pristine emerald green catch basin. It is only about an hour's bus or van ride from the town center, making a quick and accessible but breathtaking nature escape.

Pilot's View is one of Baganga's first resort hotels. It offers a quiet getaway with a long stretch of white sand beach that provides ample room for guests to have their own slice of beach paradise - even when the resort is fully booked.

La Palmera Mountain Ridge offers exhilerating views of velvety green mountain ridges that change to brown when the grass starts to wither.  “La Palmera” was derived from the palm plantations found throughout the region.

One of the most beautiful and most-visited waterfalls in the area, Tres Andanas - which means "three floors" - is marked by three cascades of water that flow over an interesting, serrated rock formation leading down to a basin.

These natural hot and cold spring pools can be reached via beginner-friendly trekking trails nestled in a virgin forest. It has picnic tables and huts which can accommodate families and large groups.

Lebak Katunggan Coastal Eco Park is a 720-hectare mangrove forest teeming with marine and wildlife. It has a 1.6-km boardwalk that goes through the forest and out to Taguisa Beach. Make sure to sample the fresh, local seafood such as prawns and crabs.

The Knife Edge Peak of Mt. Ugis is a short but challenging dayhike in Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat. It gets its name from the peak's knife-edge shape. The trail leading there is equally rewarding, as it passes through a river and the Manirub Falls. Teduray farming communities may also be encountered during the trek, during which they may be able to share stories with visitors about their culture and surroundings.
