Mt. Lanaya is hailed as the most challenging climb in all of Alegria. Standing at around 700 meters above sea level, it has steep slopes that reward hikers with a panoramic view of the ocean and the mountains of Negros province.

This serene, natural lake in San Remigio is regarded as enchanted by the locals. It covers 3 hectares and is home to different freshwater fish and the birds of San Remigio's highlands.

While more of an open-air cavern than a cave, what has come to be known as Igbaclag Cave offers a unique caving experience among jagged limestone karst formations. Visitors can explore the interesting corners of the cave which can be climbed and scaled to get sweeping views of San Remigio on top of the jagged limestone peaks.

Surrounded by the lush Malumpati Forest municipal watershed and park, this resort features a natural swimming pool measuring 20 meters wide, 40 meters long, and about 3 to 4 meters deep at the center. Its cool, clear waters flow to the Bugang River - the cleanest inland river in the country.

TIbiao River is an ecotourism destination with whitewater rapids that are perfect for river tubing and kayakling. It is also lined with some riverside resorts that offer outdoor "kawa" baths - or a hot spa bath inside a big kawa or cauldron.

The Central Cebu Protected Landscape (CCPL) is a protected area that spans 29,062 hectares. It is a haven for wildlife watchers,  being home to a long list of threatened species, such as the Cebu flowerpecker, black shama, and the Cebu cinnamon tree, to name a few.

Noted as the "Cleanest Inland Body of Water" in the country, Bugang River traverses the towns of Pandan and Antique and offers different recreational activities such as swimming, bamboo rafting, and trekking to the river's headspring. 38 species of fish belonging to 30 genera and 20 families were recorded in a November 2013 to March 2014 survey of Bugang River.

The Pawikan Sanctuary in Aboitiz Cleanenergy Park is dedicated to saving and conserving the critically endangered Hawksbill Turtle. Aside from the turtles, the park is known to provide sanctuary for rare bird species.

Basura Garden is a privately owned tourist attraction in Balete. It contains artifacts, antiques, and upcycled art using garbage from the community and turned into ornaments and artworks.

Go cliff-jumping into the crystal-clear Cantingas River, which is one of the Philippines' cleanest inland bodies of water. The river is so clean that it is where the island gets 90% of its water.
