Description
Sulyap Gallery Cafe, Boutique Hotels and Restaurant offers the full Filipino heritage experience with exceptional dining and lodging amenities plus a museum within the 2-hectare grounds. Its restaurant's signature dishes include the San Pablo dish called kulawo (eggplant or banana heart dish) and pinayti (small shrimps from Lake Palakpakin cooked in coconut milk). Its bed and breakfast is located in its five restored colonial casas, where guests can also access the swimming pool within the grounds' lush gardens. Across the restaurant and accommodations is the museum, which displays antique collections and artifacts segregated into four sections.
