The Minor Basilica Of Our Lady Of The Most Holy Rosary Of Manaoag Church is one of Pangasinan's most historically significant Roman Catholic churches. With the original structure dating back to the 1600s, the Minor Basilica Of Our Lady Of The Most Holy Rosary Of Manaoag was elevated to minor basilica status on February 2015. It remains to be a popular pilgrimage site.
