Region V

Bicol, known formally as the Bicol Region or colloquially as Bicolandia is composed of six provinces, four on the Bicol Peninsula mainland (the southeastern end of Luzon) – Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Sorsogon – and the offshore island provinces of Catanduanes and Masbate. The peninsula is known for the iconic, nearly perfect Mayon Volcano, white sand beaches and islands, agricultural products, and historical landmarks and ruins that give clues of the province's rich history.
