Description
The Mansion House is one of the iconic and most visited historical landmarks of the city. It serves as the official summer palace of the President of the Philippines, and has become a tourist destination because of its accessibility, as the is easily seen from Romulo Drive. Originally built in the early 1900s as the summer residence of American Governors-General, it was rebuilt after World War II as a residence for visiting Philippine presidents.
