Located in a building is recognized as an Important Cultural Property by the National Museum of the Philippines, one of its notable features is a section showcasing the works of Angeles native and fashion designer, Patis Pamintuan-Tesoro. It also has a Culinarium dedicated to showcasing Pampanga cuisine.
