Description
This potentially active stratovolcano is the highest peak in Marinduque island, with an elevation of 1,157 metres above sea level. It is marked by sulfuric springs, part of which indicates that the volcano is potentially active. Its unique location at the heart of the region lets hikers get a panoramic view that encompasses Mindoro, Verde Island, and Bicol and Burias Island.
