Description

Home of the famous bamboo organ, salt beds, and jeepney factories, Las Piñas is one of the earliest settlements on the outskirts of Manila. While also a highly urbanized city like its counterparts in the metro, Las Piñas is also home to the southwestern portion of the Las Piñas – Parañaque Critical Habitat and Ecotourism Area (LPPCHEA), which is a 175-hectare protected area that provides sanctuary to a myriad of bird species.
