The Balay Negrense, also known as Victor Fernandez Gaston Ancestral House, is a 19th-century ancestral house owned by the Negrense sugar baron of the same name. It is the first museum to be established in the province of Negros Occidental.
 

Nena's Rose has been serving its original chicken inasal recipe since 1960. Located on Lacson Street, it serves chicken inasal fresh off the grill. It also sells lechon (roast pig).

The Negros Museum is a privately owned provincial museum in the Negros Occidental Provincial Capitol Complex in Bacolod City. The structure was built in 1925 as the Provincial Agriculture Building. It showcases Negrense lifestyle and society through artefact displays, art exhibits, and event spaces where art-related training and seminars are held. It also has a cafe.

The Panaad Park and Sports Complex is a known destination for soccer, track and field, and different public events. The park is known as the main venue of the Panaad Festival since its establishment in the late 1990s.

The New Government Center is one of Bacolod City's newest landmarks. Aside from containing government offices, it has become a tourist destination because of its wide open spaces.

The Negros Occidental Provincial Capitol features neoclassical architecture built in 1926. It is the seat of the provincial government of Negros Occidenta, The complex consists of the Capitol Park and Lagoon.

Balaring Mangrove Park is an ecotourism destination in Silay City. It began as a coastal reforestation project of the government of Silay in cooperation with the Japanese group Ikaw-Ako Japan – Negros Partnership for Environment Protection. It has bamboo walkways where tourists may explore the mangrove forest from.

Mount Kanlaon is an active stratovolcano nd the highest peak in all of Negros island. It is a popular hiking destination with trails traversing hot springs on its slopes.

Caribbean Water Park and Resotel is a pirate-themed resort and hotel with fun accommodations, swimming pools, and open event and picnic spaces.

Laguerta Vintage Glasses Museum has an extensive display of "carnival glass" collected by owner Tomiko Casiano. Carnival glass was popular in America in the 1910s.
