The Vayang Rolling Hills are one of Batanes' most iconic sights. The tranquil stretch of green against the West Philippine Sea is a breathtaking sight worth the long trip from the mainland. The hills, which are often dotted with cows, are reminiscent of New Zealand's green pastures. Roads have been improved in the recent years to provide more scenic vantage points where a view of the hills may be enjoyed.

This beachside walkway in Dagupan City was initiated in 2018 to promote tourism and showcase the beauty of the views against Lingayen Gulf. You'll know you've arrived once you see its welcome marker, which contains a statue of the city's famous bangus (milkfish), whose abundance is celebrated in the annual Pista'y Dayat (Sea Festival). It is also lined with some establishments and seafood eateries.

Bolo Beach is a quiet, peaceful beach located just within a 2-minute walk from the Hundred Islands National Park. It's a perfect, intimate getaway complete with facilities and amenities for watersports like jet-skiing, kayaking and banana boating. It also has a KTV and grilling station for beachside barbecue gatherings.

Lucap Wharf is the main jumpoff point for tourists going to the Hundred Islands National Park. It is where to the Alaminos Tourist Center is located, along with some establishments and souvenir shops. 

The Pagudpud Municipal Arch is a scenic marker located at the end of a bridge that marks the municipality's boundary. Located along the Pan-Philippine Highway, it frames lush, forested areas nestled at the end of a bridge crossing.

This landlocked municipality is a rising agritourism destination in the north. Located near Laoag, it is also gaining attention for its scenic roads, particularly the Solsona-Apayao Road which offers verdant views of mountains, ridges, and plateaus.

The largest church in all of Ilocos Norte, the Santa Monica Church (commonly known as Sarrat Church) boasts magnificent 17th century architecture. It was originally built in 1779 and then known as San Miguel Church. On September 27, 2009, it was declared as an Important Cultural Property by the National Museum of the Philippines.

For those who want to get a taste of authentic Ilocos Norte cuisine and other Filipino favorites in a fine dining, settiing, La Preciosa is one of the top-of-mind recommendations. Owned by Pam Aragoza, who named the restaurant after her mother, Preciosa Palma, La Preciosa also offers buffet, catering services, and a cake shop that churns out both sweet and savory treats.

The sand dunes of La Paz are one of Ilocos Norte's two famous sand dune destinations, known for its steep drops. The protected coastal desert covers 85 square kilometers of sandy terrain that are sought after by 4x4 adventurers, sand boarders, and photographers. Some opt to go at night for a thrilling adventure with the night sky as their backdrop.

This beachfront resort is a hotspot for kite surfing and wind-surfing, with a 200-meter shoreline, flat, shallow waters and no undercurrent - making it safe even for groups with non-swimmers, small children, and/or senior citizens. Guests can also go kite boarding, windsurfing, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, and volleyball, to name a few. It has breathtaking views all around, fronted by the beach and backed by rolling hills and windmills in the distance.
