Description
The cleanest inland river in the north, Tapuakan River, also known as Tapuacan or Pugo River, was recognized by the Regional Development Council (RDC) of the Ilocos Region and the La Union provincial government as the cleanest and safest inland body of water in the region. It has shallow pools and smooth rocks that make it a relaxing and scenic destination for swimming and river trekking.
