Description
The San Raimundo de Peñafort Parish Church, commonly known as the Malaueg Church or Rizal Church, is a16th century Baroque Roman Catholic church. It was declared a National Cultural Treasure by the National Museum of the Philippines in 2001. The foundations of the church were established by Dominican priests in 1617. The structure has a remarkable fired brick facade and a three-tiered bell tower out front.
