Description
This national park located in the heart of Quezon City is the city's main park. Bounded by the Elliptical Road, it houses the mausoleum containing the remains of the Philippines' second president, Manuel L. Quezon, whom the city takes its name after. The mausoleum is hard to miss - it's marked by a 66-meter-tall obelisk designed by Federico Illustre. The park grounds are adorned with recreational spaces and gardens.
