Description
Comprising part of Luzon's northerhnmost tip, the province is known for its panoramic ocean views and well-preserved Spanish colonial architecture. It is also known as the birthplace of several Philippine political figures such as former Philippine President Ferdinand E. Marcos, Philippine Revolutionary War general Artemio Ricarte, and Iglesia Filipina Independiente founder Gregorio Aglipay.
