Description
This festival celebrates the people of Bacolod and their ability to conquer hardships, as the festival can be traced back to after the 1980 Don Juan tragedy and the collapse of the province's sugar industry. The celebration is marked by masked dancers garbed in colorful costumes performing mardi gras-inspired and Latin numbers.
